I had 5 quotes and decided to use Tom because his quote was fully costed, detailed and such a pleasant run through of works. I actively asked for his advice which he was happy to give and work with us. He advised all the way and suggested things if they didn't look right or thought it was too much (actually saved me money by explaining a better way). I'm so happy with his work and his work ethic. He turned up on time every time, he worked around me and always remained prompt and professional, I asked for some extras (and he did them within my timescales) a full house re-wired, external lights, office fully wired up, loft and garage (even fixed my network installation).
